Welcome to the open beta of the brand new Land Use Regulation Library, which aims to increase the accessibility of adopted land use regulations in unincorporated Sacramento County. The library is currently a work in progress. Daily maintenance is scheduled on weekdays from 7:30AM to 8:00AM and 4:30PM to 5:00PM. The Development Fee Deferral Program provides fee waivers as incentives to encourage development for affordable housing, residential in general, and certain non-residential development.

The cost of the environmental analysis for a project is dependent upon several factors including the complexity and type of project and site-specific impacts that may be caused by the project. The following link provides general information on how mitigation monitoring costs are calculated. Ultimately, an estimate of the cost of the environmental analysis for a project is calculated by Environmental Review staff based on specific characteristics of the project and its potential impacts.
