Land Use Table

[AMENDED 06-11-2026]

On June 11, 2026, the 2024-2025 California State Legislative Zoning Code Update became effective.

As a part of this update, the Land Use Table of the North Watt Avenue Special Planning Area was amended to strike the “Thrift Store” use classification.
