About the Zoning Code
Section titled “Sacramento County Zoning Code About the Zoning Code”The Sacramento County Zoning Code (SZC) establishes land use zones, along with standards and regulations for development in those zones, within unincorporated Sacramento County.
The Purpose of the Zoning Code is codified in SZC § 1.3.
The Zoning Code is split into the following chapters:
